Monte Sereno
Monte Sereno is the northern most part of the City of Santa Fe, having been annexed in the early 1990’s. It’s rolling topography is ideally suited for providing commanding views of the Sangre de Cristo and Jemez Mountains, and spectacular views of the Badlands off to the north. Comprised of 275 home sites averaging 1.7 acres, the lots range in price from low $100’s to over $500,000. Of the 30 homes built thus far, the average price has been in the $1.4 million range.
